Can't Log In
If you're having trouble logging in:
- Check that you're using the correct email address
- Try resetting your password
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser
- Check if your account has been locked due to multiple failed attempts
Not Receiving Notifications
If you're not getting notifications:
- Check your notification settings
- Verify your email address is correct
- Check your spam folder
- Make sure notifications are enabled for the specific project
Tasks Not Showing Up
If tasks are missing:
- Check your filters and search settings
- Verify you have access to the project
- Try refreshing the page
- Check if tasks were archived
Slow Performance
If TaskLemon is running slowly:
- Clear your browser cache
- Close unnecessary tabs
- Check your internet connection
- Update your browser to the latest version
- Disable browser extensions temporarily
