Project Dashboard

The project dashboard gives you a quick overview of:

• Team member activity
• Upcoming deadlines
• Project progress and completion percentage
• Recent comments and updates

Project Views

TaskLemon offers multiple ways to view your project:

• List View - See all tasks in a simple list format
• Board View - Kanban-style board organized by status
• Timeline View - Gantt chart showing task dependencies and schedules
• Calendar View - See tasks organized by date

Project Statuses

• Planning - Project is being scoped and planned
• Active - Work is currently in progress
• On Hold - Project is temporarily paused
• Completed - All tasks are done
• Archived - Project is closed and archived
